Common Issues
Story Generation Problems
If your story fails to generate or seems stuck, please check your internet connection and try again. Sometimes our AI providers experience high demand. If the issue persists, email us with your order or share-link details.
Billing & Story Passes
Story Passes are consumable Apple in-app purchases. If a purchase does not appear in PapaEcho, check your App Store purchase history and contact support with the order details.
Voice Recording
If you're having trouble recording a story page, ensure microphone permission is enabled and record in a quiet room.
Private Sharing
Private share links are generated specifically for your story. If someone cannot access a link you sent, ensure they have the exact URL. You can always generate a new link from your Story Library.
Deleting Stories & Data
You can delete stories in the app where available. You can also email support to request deletion of data associated with your anonymous installation.
