By accessing or using the PapaEcho application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Parent/Guardian Use Only

PapaEcho is designed strictly for use by parents, legal guardians, and adults over the age of 18. We do not permit children to operate the app directly. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3. AI-Generated Content

PapaEcho utilizes artificial intelligence to generate stories, illustrations, and audio narration based on the prompts and child traits you provide. Due to the nature of AI, the generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unpredictable results. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of all generated content, and you are solely responsible for reviewing the content before sharing it with your child.

4. User Content and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for any prompts, text, or photos you submit to the Service. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or that violates the intellectual property rights of others. PapaEcho reserves the right to limit or disable access that violates these terms.

5. Story Passes and Billing

PapaEcho offers consumable Story Passes through Apple in-app purchases. Story Passes do not automatically renew. By purchasing Story Passes, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented by the App Store at the time of purchase.

6. Private Sharing Conduct

PapaEcho allows you to share generated stories via private links. These links are intended for trusted family members and friends. You agree not to post these private links to public forums, social media, or other public directories. You are responsible for who you grant access to your child's stories.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PapaEcho and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
